It’s simple, drink more water. I can’t even tell you how many e-mails I get a day asking me about how much water you should take in per day. So I decided to post a little blurb about it here. Water is essential if you want to lose weight fast.
Make no mistake. Water is literally more important than food when it comes to sustaining the body and it’s normal functioning. You could survive way longer without food than without water. Water is needed for every chemical reaction that involves, thought, movement, digestion and a whole lot more that I will not list. I think you get the picture.
I know I’ll get the stupid people saying something ridiculous about me condoning starving yourself or something totally off the subject…but that’s their issue and they can “Die in a fire!” for all I care. This blog post is about water not food.
Now back to water and your intake of it. Plain and simple, drink more water.

Your water intake would be best to be spread out throughout the day. I have heard some reasoning that it is better to take in at least 2/3 of your water intake by midday (noon) or so.
Trying to catch up on your water tends to overflow your system, very much like trying to put 32 ozs in a 16 oz container.
Any tips to keeping track of how much water I drink per day? If it seems I am behind on my intake, I sometimes drink a lot of water at one time to “catch up.” Is that an okay tactic, or should it be evenly spread out through the day?
