Here it is…the big secret to health. Drumroll please… The best way to lose weight fast is to create a meal plan that you can live with. Most of the time diets and meal plans you buy from the internet or in books ask you to conform to what they think is a good idea of eating. Sometimes there are foods you don’t even know how to cook.
