The one thing I really admire about BJ is that he is absolutely commited to the fitness industry and has vowed to help change the way we do fitness…and he has.
BJ has done want most “Trainers” only dream of doing. He has partnered up with some great friends of mine to help trainers who have bootcamps to market them better and create a viable business model with “Bootcamp Blueprint” recently he has co-branded a live event called “Bootcamp Bootcamp” to allow trainers to learn vital marketing skills in an interactive environment.
I was able to snag BJ Gaddour for an interview
One of my favorite people in the world to interview is someone I call “The King of Fitness” King Hoover, one because, he is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to fitness but more importantly because he is the nicest guy in the fitness industry.
He has a really cool fitness radio show on a Christian Family Radio station on Sirius Satellite Radio that helps promote his ministry for making people feel better and get healthy. If you have ever seen the antithesis of Rocco Castellano this is him. Check out this interview I did with King at Fast Track for Fitness Millions:
If there is a true antithesis of Rocco Castellano, it is Holly Rigsby! Holly has got to be one of the nicest, caring people I know. When it comes to creating an atmosphere that is safe and nurturing to her clients no one comes close to Holly.
Her Fit Yummy Mummy tribe is out of control. She has over 8,000 subscribers to her YouTube Channel as well as over 2.5 Million views… yea, she is definitely kicking ass. They actual hold Fit Yummy Mummy meet ups and shopping trips around the nation to coincide with the ones she holds in Louisville, KY. Talk about building a brand!
Are you and your child or children sweating everyday. With the ever increasing budget cuts chopping away at physical activity in our schools parents and coaches need to pick up the slack.
Are you taking responsibility for your children’s physical fitness future…if not, why? Ar you not educated in fitness? Get educated! Fat yourself? Get fit…and lead by example! Work too much? Figure out your priorities…and lay off the credit cards…your child’s health and future are at stake. Before I go off on a rant…watch my last installment of interviewing one of the World’s Most Important Fitness People…Brian Grasso.
In Part 2 of my interview with IYCA Founder Brian Grasso, he touches on how the seeds of the IYCA were planted. Brian discusses his own pain regarding being told he would never play football ever again and how that forced him to look at other opportunities…and how those opportunities blossomed into what is now the most respected “Youth Conditioning” organization on the planet.
I also give my own views of how people should be dealt with when they use the word “can’t”. I’m obviously not as soft spoken as my friend Brian Grasso but as he state’s “I get my point across”.
See why I personally think the fitness industry is the stupidest industry imaginable…next to the radio industry.
Watch the video to get to know one of the World’s Most Important Fitness People.
Unimposing as he stands discussing today’s condition of our world’s youth but a man with relevant purpose and bigger then life presence. Brian Grasso is not aggressive in his message as he is soft spoken and stands in a quiet demeanor listening more then he speaks. Each of his words are chosen to communicate his and the IYCA’s mission… to teach fitness professionals fundamentals in youth conditioning with an emphasis on injury prevention.
Every time I have the opportunity to stand next to Brian I am always impressed… and that’s coming from someone who isn’t impressed by anyone…having trained many of the top CEO’s and Celebrities. Not many people have done the research and spent countless hours creating and implementing the correct teaching applications as Brian Grasso. I know this probably sounds like I am paying tribute to a great man…as I believe I am. Like Ghandi, Brians path with be paved with greatness through his actions. I applaud him and ask that you help him become the agent of change I already know he is.
