I love to leave my readers in suspense. That’s why I have created two parts to this wonderful full body workout that you can take with you to any mountain range you feel yourself visiting. One thing I do want to warn you about when you workout in the mountains…do not wear sweat pants or shorts. I’m still taking cactus thorns out of my ass, legs and feet.
