The best way to lose weight fast…

By on November 26, 2008

…is to create a meal plan that you can live with.  Most of the time diets and meal plans you buy from the internet or in books ask you to conform to what they think is a good idea of eating.  Sometimes there’s foods you don’t even know how to cook or even know what they are… let alone eat them. I enjoy eating foods that I like and will enjoy.  I’m funny like that.  I also like to be somewhat adventurous with my cooking but only if I know it will be at least semi-healthy.  I use an online meal planning software that I think is the best stuff out there, especially when I need my clients to lose weight fast.   When I began using it I thought that everyone should use it because it has helped so much with creating my healthy meals that I decided to offer it free to everyone who bought my Lose 30 in Thirty Fitness Program.

The really cool thing about the online meal plans is that YOU create the meal and it gives you a report card on how healthy the meal is.  It also gives you how many calories you should be taking in and how each meal corresponds to that daily requirement.

This is where it has really helped me.  As a fitness expert I’m pretty familiar on how to eat healthy but when I put my meals into Nutrition for Results I realized that I wasn’t getting my daily requirement of certain nutrients like Omega-3 fatty acids and Vitamin A.  Check out the demo here.

I use this everyday to keep my eating habits as healthy as I can make them and the only way you can get this awesome Online Meal Planning software is if you invest in my Lose 30 in Thirty Fitness Program.

The Online Meal Planning usually costs $9.95 a month for a subscription from health club chains (click here if you think I’m lying) or personal trainers.  12 months would cost you  $119.40 just for the meal planning.  My Lose 30 in Thirty Fitness Program gives you my 30 day exercise plan plus a free 12 month subscription to Nutrition for Results

Have fun this Thanksgiving, don’t stuff yourself too much and try to enjoy this time of giving thanks. I know I will.

What I don’t understand is how people actually listen to Bob Greene. If he was so great then Oprah wouldn’t be on this crazy roller coaster ride with her weight.

I like the blog…nice to see a little opposition to all the crazy gimmicks out there for losing weight. I feel bad for the people who think they have to follow Oprah to find the latest diet craze. If just one of them worked she wouldn’t re-gain the weight or have to try another!
