The Best Hip and Thigh Exercise I ever Invented….Hip Splits
This is hilarious…maybe not to you but definitely to me. I put most of the exercises I use for my Lose Weight Fast exercise program Lose 30 in Thirty on either YouTube.com or Viddler but I like to give my blog readers first crack at them.
The best exercise I ever invented for my Boot Camps and my fitness program escaped the pages of my blog. I don’t know how it happened but it did. The exercise is called “Hip Splits” and kicks your ass…literally. When you do this exercise it really hits your “trouble” spots on your hips, thighs and butt. An added benefit is that it also helps to strengthen your lower back and when your sitting in a chair all day starring at a friggin’ computer it helps to have a strong back.
When doing Hip Splits make sure that your head is level, your butt is down and you spread your legs as far as you can. When you add these to your workout make sure you perform a continuous set for 60 seconds.
