Obesity now linked to Dementia

A study by Kaiser Permanente followed over 6000 adults for over 36 years and found out that you are more likely to suffer from Dementia later in life if you gain your fat around your middle compared to your legs and butt. So not only will you be fat you’ll probably be crazy also.
