Excuses, excuses …excuses! That’s all I hear! I can’t afford a gym membership…it’s too hard to lose weight…my dog ate my workout…I can’t workout, I’m too fat (I actually heard that from someone). So I thought I’d post this video of a UFC Champion Fighter that is using a sledge hammer, a tire, a rusted barbell and three…yes count them, three men on his back to add resistance to his legs. I don’t see him making excuses about his workout. He’s just getting it done. What about you? Are you getting it done or are you making excuses?
