Eating for Weight Loss… cook several meals at a time.

This is one subject that brings me many e-mails, so I decided to show you how I use my Sunday’s to prepare some of my weeks meals when eating for weight loss.  In this video I show you how it only takes me less than 45 minutes to prepare several meals that can be stored in the refrigerator.

It is very important for you to keep your eating habits consistent in order for your body to learn to burn fat. The more meals you eat the more your body knows that it will have fuel to do the work it needs. Watch my video to see how I do it on a Sunday.

Success is in the planning: with weight loss, exercising, healthy meals, you name it. Another idea is you can chop a bunch of veggies then make stir fry for dinner and vegetable or minestrone soup for 2 meals during the week.
