Diet and Fitness Research is usually wrong…Why?

This is a subject very close to my fitness heart.  On many occasions you will see and hear fitness and diet marketers quote research studies to validate their products.  Most of the time the research is skewed or has absolutely nothing to do with energy systems pertaining to human beings.
