In 2007 I was asked to be on MTV’s MADE as a Fitness Coach to help Kristine Kaufman lose 30 lbs in 30 days in order for her to win a Plus Size Model competition in California. I created a bunch of different exercises that eventually made it into my Boot Camp that boasted over 150 people in a single class. Best Exercise for Lower Body

After creating the Lose 30 in Thirty product for to go along with the huge success of Kristine’s fitness goals and the subsequent Emmy Award the show garnered, I filmed and uploaded a bunch of videos in November of 2008. Since then this video has received over 104,000 views and is still the best exercise for the lower body.

The most important part of the exercise is to keep your butt down, back straight, spreading your legs as far as you can while flexing your abs and not hang your head. Best Exercise for Lower Body
